Dolphins are highly intelligent marine mammals belonging to the cetacean family. They possess streamlined bodies, curved dorsal fins, and elongated beaks, making them excellent swimmers capable of reaching speeds up to 30 km/h. Dolphins are renowned for their complex social behaviors and communication skills, using clicks, whistles, and body language to interact. They are social animals that typically live in groups of 10-30 individuals, sometimes forming super pods of hundreds. Dolphins are very friendly and show curiosity toward humans, often interacting with boats. They primarily feed on fish and squid.
