Gorilla
Gorillas are the largest living primates, belonging to the family Hominidae. They are primarily found in the forests of equatorial Africa. Gorillas are massive in size with thick, dense fur, usually black or dark brown. They are herbivores, feeding mainly on leaves, stems, roots, and fruits. Gorillas typically live in groups called 'troops,' led by a dominant adult male (the 'silverback'). Despite their immense size, they are generally gentle, but can become very aggressive when threatened. Gorillas face severe survival threats.
