Chimpanzees are medium-sized with black fur, possessing dexterous hands and feet and capable of bipedal locomotion. They are omnivorous, with diets including fruits, nuts, insects, bird eggs, and sometimes small mammals. Chimpanzees are highly social animals, living in complex social structures, and are renowned for their tool-use abilities.
